CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE

Our Customer Experience Associates assist customers to ensure they have an amazing and personal experience. Our interactions with customers should not feel transactional; instead our customers should feel like they have an expert friend who gives great advice and is “in the know” about all things event-related. Whether we’re helping a customer with a wedding, graduation, or corporate event, every interaction should represent the best of A to Z Party Rental.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will…

Provide a remarkable customer experience:

  • Effectively communicate with customers to assist them with all aspects of the ordering experience.
  • Identify customer needs and expertly guide conversations to provide the highest quality and most efficient service.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure questions or concerns are fully resolved and report issues back to the company so we can continuously improve.

Develop meaningful & lasting customer relationships:

  • Help customers find the best products for their individual needs and proper use.
  • Learn customers’ preferences and interests, and expose them to new styles and products.
  • Create genuine and personalized interactions that yield high engagement and develop customer loyalty.

Be a product expert:

  • Develop expertise in our products via training and individual research.
  • Understand key selling points of products and communicate them to customers effectively.
  • Make the consultation process a comfortable and exciting learning experience for customers.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, including multi-tasking and handling a high volume of customer inquiries with quick turnaround.
  • The ability to think and act independently to put our customers’ needs first.
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment in a growing company.
  • High level of problem solving/deductive reasoning ability coupled with an intense desire to secure positive outcomes for both the client and the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to maintain quality and efficiency while working in a high pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated history of learning a high volume of complex information quickly.
  • Demonstrated history of solving complex client issues requiring extensive research, follow-up information gathering and collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Must know Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar apps, as well as their Google equivalents.
  • Typing skills a must.
  • Great math computation skills are required.
  • Punctual; willingness to work overtime and/or weekends during peak seasons.

BLEACHER FOREMAN

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervise bleacher crew and warehouse support with organizing, pulling and loading bleacher and staging equipment
  • Coordinate with management to finalize installation plan per site
  • Ability to read and train team to interpret job-specific installation schematics
  • Communicate performance expectations to bleacher crew
  • Delegate specific assignments to crew during installation, redirect as necessary to maintain production schedule
  • Supervise the proper and safe assembly of bleachers per manufacturer specifications and company policy
  • Oversee the maintenance of bleachers, accessories and rental equipment per company policy
  • Maintain and enforce the cleanliness of storage and work areas
  • Enforce company policies with crew members

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid PA driver’s license
  • DOT Certification preferred
  • Construction or carpentry background preferred
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Capable of lifting approximately 70lbs. intermittently
  • Pass a drug test, background check and PA DOT Medical Card exam

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform inspections on company vehicles on daily and weekly basis
  • Load/unload products in accordance to company procedure
  • Deliver/pickup product to clients on predetermined routes
  • Obtain client signatures upon delivery of products
  • Accurately complete specific route paperwork
  • Routinely service equipment prior to delivery

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid PA driver’s license
  • PA DOT Certification preferred
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Capable of lifting approximately 70lbs. intermittently
  • Professional driving experience
  • Computer knowledge is preferred
  • Pass a drug test, background check and PA DOT Medical Card exam

TENT INSTALLER

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with tent crew and warehouse support with organizing, pulling and loading tent and flooring equipment
  • Coordinate with management to finalize installation plan per site
  • Ability to read and train team to interpret job-specific installation schematics
  • Follow specific assignments when working with tent crew during installation. Follow redirection from crew lead as necessary to maintain production schedule
  • Execute the proper and safe assembly of tents per manufacturer specifications and company policy
  • Participate in the maintenance of tents, accessories and rental equipment per company policy
  • Maintain the cleanliness of storage and work areas
