How to Create an Order Using the Wish List

What’s the Wish List?

Our Wish List is how you email us a list of items that you would like to rent. It’s just like a “shopping cart,” but instead of buying items, you are sending us your list to get a rental quote. Our Sales Team will then follow up. Creating a Wish List is the first step in the rental process! 

How do I start a Wish List? 

Just look through our website Products, and click the “Add to Wish List” button to add the item to your Shopping Bag. 

How do I send my Wish List to A to Z Party Rental?

Your Wish List is the Shopping Bag icon in the lower left of your screen. Click on that, and you can View Wish List to make any updates, or Submit Wish List if everything looks good.  

Can I pick up my rental order?

Of course! Your rental order is available for pick up during business hours on the scheduled date of your reservation, and is due back on the scheduled date of return. Any balance due will be processed 14 days prior to pickup, we require the credit card holder to be present in an effort to avoid identity theft.

When do you deliver and pick up?

We can accommodate delivery/pickup 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard delivery/pickup occurs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm without any time restrictions. Delivery Fees apply to standard drop off and pick up of your rental order. This includes direct truck access to the site; for example, a driveway, garage or loading dock.
